  1.  Learn about the Dukan Diet

    Weigh yourself and decide how much you need to lose. (You can do all the planning on Dr. Dukan’s website.) –Unsure? See tools.

  2. Decide if it is right for you. (Always check with your doctor before starting any diet/exercise plan.)
  3. Buy the book (or if you don’t, it won’t hurt my feelings)
  4. Develop your Attack/Cruise Plan –need help? Click here
  5. Go grocery shopping –want the ENTIRE list of foods? Go here
  6. Just DO IT!
  7. Then Track it –a tool to help is located here
  8. Most of all, stick it out… Come back here for motivation
  9. When you reach your goal…Stabilize
  10. Then do the Maintenance Phase for 1 year (yes, I said “1 year”)
  11. Celebrate your new look –be sure to post results here
